Global Padel Series (GPS) is a brand, not a company. It is not a separately incorporated legal entity, so the party responsible for this website — and the party you contract with, address complaints to and may take action against — is the Global Padel Association.

This is an informational website. It describes what Global Padel Series is, how a tour, a club or an organiser joins it, how its events are named, and which organisation answers for what. It sells nothing, registers no one and runs no competition from these pages.

What GPS and GPA are, and what they are notQué son GPS y GPA, y qué no son

GPS is a private circuit: it aggregates and connects tournaments that already exist. It is not a federation, it does not replace anyone and joining it is not exclusive.

GPA is a non-profit association. It orders its own associative sphere — its members, its private competitions, its internal rules — and cooperates with third parties. It holds no power over anyone who is not a member, and it neither approves nor sanctions competitions belonging to others.

GPA es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro. Ordena su propio ámbito asociativo —sus miembros, sus competiciones privadas, sus reglas internas— y colabora con terceros. No ostenta potestad alguna sobre quien no es miembro, y no homologa ni sanciona competiciones ajenas.

The Global Padel Series name and its acronym GPS, the logos and co-branded lockups, the naming architecture of the circuit — Challenger, Open, Masters and Finals — together with the texts, the design, the layout, the source code, the images and any other content on this site, belong to the Global Padel Association or are used by it under licence.

La denominación Global Padel Series y su acrónimo GPS, los logotipos y los lockups de marca compartida, la arquitectura de nombres del circuito —Challenger, Open, Masters y Finals—, así como los textos, el diseño, la maquetación, el código fuente, las imágenes y cualquier otro contenido de este sitio, son titularidad de la Global Padel Association o se utilizan por ella bajo licencia.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or extraction of these contents is not permitted without prior written authorisation, save for the uses permitted by law. Quoting the site for informational or press purposes is permitted, provided the source is cited and the text is not altered.
