This site has no forms, no sign-up, no account and no analytics. It does not profile you and it does not track you. The only personal data we process is the email you choose to send us.

Esta web no tiene formularios, ni registro, ni cuenta, ni analítica. No te perfila y no te rastrea. Los únicos datos personales que tratamos son los del correo que decidas enviarnos.

1. Data controller1. Responsable del tratamiento

Global Padel Series (GPS) is a brand, not a separately incorporated company. The controller of any personal data processed through this site is the Global Padel Association.

2. If you are only browsing the site2. Si solo navegas por la web

We ask you for nothing. There is no form, no newsletter, no account and no login. We run no analytics and we set no cookies, neither our own nor anyone else's. Nothing you read here is recorded against you, and we cannot tell one visitor from another.

No te pedimos nada. No hay formulario, ni boletín, ni cuenta, ni inicio de sesión. No usamos analítica y no instalamos cookies, ni propias ni de terceros. Nada de lo que leas aquí queda asociado a ti, y no podemos distinguir a un visitante de otro.

Two technical things do happen, and it is fair to say so:

Sí ocurren dos cosas técnicas, y es justo decirlo:

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records the usual technical data of any web request — IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type — for the purpose of serving the page and keeping the service secure. We do not use those records to identify or profile anyone.
• Google Fonts. The page loads two typefaces from Google's font servers. To do so your browser connects to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and Google receives your IP address and the technical data of that request. This is the only external content the page loads. Section 5 covers it.

• Registros del servidor. Nuestro proveedor de alojamiento registra los datos técnicos habituales de cualquier petición web —dirección IP, fecha y hora, página solicitada, tipo de navegador— con la finalidad de servir la página y mantener la seguridad del servicio. No usamos esos registros para identificar ni perfilar a nadie.
• Google Fonts. La página carga dos tipografías desde los servidores de fuentes de Google. Para ello tu navegador se conecta a fonts.googleapis.com y fonts.gstatic.com, y Google recibe tu dirección IP y los datos técnicos de esa petición. Es el único contenido externo que carga la página. El apartado 5 lo detalla.

• Your email address and your name, if you give it.
• The content of your message and any data you decide to include in it — your organisation, your role, your telephone number.
• The technical data of the message itself: date, time and thread.

Legal basisBase jurídica

• Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in attending to the enquiries addressed to us. Anyone writing to a published contact address reasonably expects a reply, and answering it affects no right of yours beyond what you chose to send.
• Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), where your message concerns joining the circuit or a licence.

• Interés legítimo (artículo 6.1.f del RGPD) en atender las consultas que se nos dirigen. Quien escribe a una dirección de contacto publicada espera razonablemente una respuesta, y responderle no afecta a ningún derecho suyo más allá de lo que ha decidido enviar.
• Aplicación de medidas precontractuales adoptadas a petición del interesado (artículo 6.1.b del RGPD), cuando tu mensaje se refiere a la adhesión al circuito o a una licencia.

Providing this data is voluntary: it is you who decides to write, and what to write. Without it we simply cannot reply.

Facilitar estos datos es voluntario: eres tú quien decide escribir, y qué escribir. Sin ellos, sencillamente no podemos responderte.

RetentionConservación

We keep the correspondence for as long as the enquiry or the relationship arising from it remains live, and afterwards, blocked, for the periods during which liability may be claimed — as a rule, four years for the general limitation period of personal actions, and six years for commercial documentation under Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code, where applicable. Once those periods expire the correspondence is deleted.

Conservamos la correspondencia mientras siga viva la consulta o la relación que nazca de ella, y después, bloqueada, durante los plazos en que puedan exigirse responsabilidades: como regla, cuatro años por el plazo general de prescripción de las acciones personales, y seis años para la documentación mercantil conforme al artículo 30 del Código de Comercio, cuando resulte aplicable. Transcurridos esos plazos, la correspondencia se suprime.

4. Who we share data with4. Con quién compartimos los datos

We neither sell nor disclose personal data. No data is transferred to third parties beyond the technical providers described in the next section, and beyond any disclosure required by a legal obligation or by a court or public authority.

No vendemos ni cedemos datos personales. No se comunican datos a terceros más allá de los proveedores técnicos descritos en el apartado siguiente, y de las comunicaciones exigidas por una obligación legal o por un juzgado o una autoridad pública.

5. Processors and international transfers5. Encargados del tratamiento y transferencias internacionales

The providers below act as processors under an agreement meeting Article 28 GDPR, or, where they act as independent controllers for their own purposes, under their own published policies. Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Los proveedores que siguen actúan como encargados del tratamiento en virtud de un contrato conforme al artículo 28 del RGPD o, cuando actúan como responsables independientes para sus propios fines, conforme a sus propias políticas publicadas. • Restriction of processing: to have us keep the data but not use it, in the cases the regulation provides.
• Objection: to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, where processing rests on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means.

• Acceso: saber si tratamos datos que te conciernen y obtener una copia de ellos.
• Rectificación: que se corrijan los datos inexactos y se completen los incompletos.
• Supresión: que se supriman tus datos cuando ya no sean necesarios para la finalidad que motivó su recogida.
• Limitación del tratamiento: que conservemos los datos pero no los usemos, en los supuestos previstos en la norma.
• Oposición: oponerte, por motivos relacionados con tu situación particular, a los tratamientos basados en el interés legítimo.
• Portabilidad: recibir tus datos en un formato estructurado, de uso común y lectura mecánica, cuando el tratamiento se base en el consentimiento o en un contrato y se efectúe por medios automatizados.

To exercise any of them, write to info@globalpadelseries.com stating which right you invoke and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity. It is free of charge, and we will reply within one month of receiving your request; that period may be extended by a further two months where the request is complex, in which case we will tell you and explain why.

Para ejercer cualquiera de ellos, escribe a info@globalpadelseries.com indicando qué derecho ejerces y adjuntando copia de un documento que acredite tu identidad. Es gratuito, y responderemos en el plazo de un mes desde la recepción de tu solicitud; ese plazo puede prorrogarse otros dos meses si la solicitud es compleja, en cuyo caso te lo comunicaremos y te explicaremos por qué.

Complaint to the supervisory authorityReclamación ante la autoridad de control

If you believe your request has not been properly handled, or that the processing infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, aepd.es. You may go to the Agency directly; you do not have to write to us first, although we would rather you did, because most matters are settled faster that way.

Si consideras que tu solicitud no ha sido atendida correctamente, o que el tratamiento infringe la normativa de protección de datos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, aepd.es. Puedes acudir a la Agencia directamente; no tienes que escribirnos antes, aunque preferimos que lo hagas, porque así la mayoría de los asuntos se resuelven antes.

7. Security7. Seguridad

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to a site of this size: the whole site is served over HTTPS, access to the mailbox is restricted to the people who need it, and the data we hold is limited to what you have sent us.
